1/4 c. soy sauce
3 TBSP honey
3 TBSP vinegar
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
3/4 c. oil

Directions:
Mix together. Pour onto 2 lbs of meat (sirloin, chic, scallops, pork) and
store in fridge overnight before grilling. You can also make kabobs. For
veggies, I have used fresh pineapple chunks, whole canned potatoes,
peppers, mushrooms, scallions or onions. I pour the marinade onto the veggies
also.
